COVID-19 FAQ - BUYER UPDATE
WHY IS MY ORDER DELAYED?
Currently, your order may experience fulfillment and shipping delays due to COVID-19 and government restrictions. We are actively routing orders as best we can for processing to ensure we can get your order to you as quickly as possible. Hall Of Hype is not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier and use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to track and open a case (if needed).
IS MY PACKAGE AND PRODUCT SAFE?
We understand that you may have concerns and the official CDC FAQ page has some helpful information regarding how COVID-19 is transmitted, including:
"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available."
What are Preorders?
Preorders are advanced purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be released and/or shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
Returns & Cancellations
Order cancellations are permitted ONLY 24hrs after the purchase is completed to receive a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business dates for the refund to reflect back into the payment method used. Any cancelation request AFTER 24hrs from the date the order was placed cannot be cancelled and are subject to order fulfillment.
We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final.
We suggest that preordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the preorder is fulfilled.
